1971 Precision Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. was founded to manufacture Synthetic Rubber Aprons & Cots
1974 First Export Consignment from PRECITEX.
1976 Introduced new type cot for Drawing machine for the first time in India.
1977 1) Introduced Spring rip Cots for the first time in India
2) Established second manufacturing plant.
1978 1) Introduced open-spliced aprons and texturising aprons for the first time in India.

1979 1) Introduced Precitex Award Scheme for the best students in spinning in all the textile colleges in India.

  3) Participated in the ITMA 79 exhibition in Hanover
1980 1) For the first time participated in the INDIA-ITME'80 Exhibition at Bombay.
  2) Initiated research and development to improve the quality of our products.
  3) Signed the joint venture agreement to put up a  plant in U.S.A.
